Mr and Mrs H - Legal & General Win |
Julie,
Just a quick note to inform you that we have forwarded the Acceptance of Offer Form which you forwarded to us. We have discussed the offer and have decided to accept it and to surrender the policy.
We have sent this form together with the policy and a duplicate Note Of Assignation from the Halifax and duplicate correspondence from the solicitor when we sold our property and discharged the mortgage as Legal and General seem to be under the impression that the Halifax still have the policies assigned to the Halifax!!!!
This was posted out to you this date via Recorded Delivery.
Your invoice has been received and will be settled as soon as possible.
May we thank you for the work that you have undertaken on our behalf. We are extremely satisfied with the way you have negotiated compensation regarding this matter and we will certainly informing family and friends of your excellent service.
Once again, Thank you,
Kind regards,
Mr & Mrs H
